My Truth Monday: Fitness


Denise form Sunny Days in Second Grade is hosting a 12 part series called My Truth Monday.  Every Monday there is a new topic!  This week is all about fitness.
Tip:  Always have your workout bag in the trunk of your car!  That way you are always ready to workout!

Now if only I didn't LOVE carbs so much...;)

  2. I dream about becoming a morning person that is motivated enough to hit the gym in the A.M.-!!! Literally, dream, as I sleep as long as humanely possible! lol Kuddos to you for doing it though for tackling your workouts first thing. And I totally agree with your tip. If my gym bag isn't in the car then I'd never make it after work!

    1. :) It isn't easy, but it is so nice once school is over and I don't need to work up more energy to go to the gym! Yes! No bag=no working out for me! haha! :)

  3. I get up early also and work out in the morning! I find I have so much more energy if I do!
